San Salvatore’s Aglianico Corleto is produced in Paestum at an altitude of 150-210m above sea level where the soil is a mixture of clay and limestone.
No sulphites are added.
Corleto is deep, intense, purplish red, with blended fresh fruit and sweet spices and cinnamon on the nose. In the mouth it is rich, with silky tannins, long.
Is a great companion for rib eye steak and for tomato pasta. Only 7000 bottles produced a year.
