San Salvatore’s ‘Cecerale’ Fiano is a dry white wine made in Paestum at an altitude of 150-210m above sea level where the soil is a mixture of clay and limestone.
No sulphites are added.
Cecerale is straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections on appearance, nose with sweet scents of green apple and pear. On the palate, the wine is fruity and floral with a long finish.
Fiano is a versatile wine that can work with starters, pasta and fish dishes. It is an ideal companion for seafood and poultry. Only 3500 bottles produced a year.
