Aglianico Rosato ‘Vetere’ by San Salvatore is a Campania delicately coloured rose wine. The wine is made from Aglianico grapes that are organically farmed in vineyards located quite close to the sea.
With hints of banana, acacia and hawthorn on the nose, soft and structured on the palate with pomegranate and violet, Vetere is ideal for pairing with Mozzarella di Buffalo, salads, fresh cheeses, tuna, salmon and chicken dishes.
