Pecorino is a white wine whose paternity is disputed between the regions of Marche and Abruzzo. The "Pecorino" grape has been cultivated since ancient times, and its origin is lost in history.
Colour is straw-yellow with green reflections. Nose nectarine, ripe pear and lightly citrus scents in combination with mineral notes of peat and flint, and refined nuances of aromatic herbs. Palate similar to the nose, savoury, in balance with the extractive sweetness.
Pair with seafood starters, delicate aperitifs and cheese.
