Obtained exclusively from the Troia grape, a typical vine of the Gargano hinterland, Brando embodies the passion and dedication of the homonymous winemaker who has cared for our vines with tireless passion for an entire generation.
Wine with a strong tannic character with spicy and stew berry fruit aromas, with slight citrus nose. A dark red wine with a light rim. A pleasantly dry aftertaste accompanied by cherry, vanilla and those stewed fruits coming through and a slight nutty finish.
To be enjoyed with very tasty cheeses and with game. Excellent with vegetable dishes and very fatty fish.
