The small winery (only 10 hectares) produces annually a mere 2000 cases from vineyards at 400 meetres above sea level overlooking the Gaeta gulf in Northern Campania.
A blend of 90% Aglianico and 10% Piedirosso. Terra de Lavoro is today considered one of the greatest red wines in Italy and it has been receiving the highest scores in both Italian and International press.
Dark and intense red colour. Aromas of balsamic resins and surprising spicy peaks. Mellowed by fresh herbs on the nose with intense and rich dark fruits on the palate. Powerful and lingering.
Perfect pairing with beef, lamb and rich ragu pasta dishes.
