Produced in the south-western corner of Sardinia, Cantina Sardus Pater 'Nur' Carignano del Sulcis DOC 2023 showcases the unique character of Carignano grown in sandy coastal soils influenced by Mediterranean breezes. These conditions help create wines of remarkable concentration, elegance and freshness.

Deep ruby red in colour, the wine opens with aromas of black cherry, plum and wild berries, complemented by hints of Mediterranean herbs and sweet spice. The palate is smooth and well-structured, revealing layers of ripe dark fruit, soft tannins and a touch of liquorice. A long, balanced finish highlights the wine's depth and regional character.

An excellent partner for grilled meats, pasta dishes and mature cheeses, this is a compelling introduction to one of Sardinia's most celebrated red wines.
