Mandrarossa Frappato 2023


What a delicious drop of wine from Sicily this is.


Made from the local Frappato grape. It's typically quite translucent in colour with rose hip and cherry on the nose and is quite floral for it’s light to medium body.


Bright and juicy on the palate and wonderfully fresh. It’s loaded with ripe red fruit flavours.


Chill it down a bit and this is just a lovely summer or anytime red, it has lovely cherry fruit and hints of pomegranate with good acidity and low tannins and this makes it so food friendly.


Great with fish through to red meat dishes. All too drinkable!
