Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. It has a large, complex, intense bouquet with varietal notes of black cherry, berries, plum, violet, spicy and mineral hints; it is elegant, soft and velvety.
On the palate it offers notes of plum, black cherry, black pepper and a slight hint of tar. Of remarkable structure, it is very long-lived.
Ideal in combination with roasted red meats and game, dishes based on spices, truffles and aged cheeses.
