A beautiful Negroamaro Rose created from a light maceration of 6-8 hours skin contact to get this delicate pink colour with purple reflections.
Medium dry with fruity aftertaste with notes of raspberry and strawberry. On the palate is fresh, mineral, balanced. Long and smooth finish.
Ideal served as an aperitif, with pasta, white meats and fish. Serving temperature: 12°C
