Straw blonde in appearance, carrying a light mineral aroma, light acidic hints of citrus, pear, peach. It’s fruit tones remain in the background as a delicious, slightly pleasant, gently bitter aftertaste. There are evident notes of grapefruit, orange blossom and medlar.


Pairs wonderfully with rich seafood dishes, oysters and lobster. Also great with goats cheese.
