Produced in the renowned hills of Irpinia by Terradora di Paolo, Le Starse Irpinia DOC 2025 showcases the character of Coda di Volpe, one of Campania's oldest native grape varieties. The vineyards benefit from elevated altitudes and mineral-rich soils, helping to create a wine of freshness, elegance and complexity.

Bright straw yellow in colour, the wine opens with delicate aromas of white flowers, ripe pear and citrus fruit. On the palate, flavours of apple, peach and lemon zest are balanced by refreshing acidity and subtle mineral notes. The finish is clean, smooth and persistent, making it both approachable and food-friendly.

Le Starse is an excellent introduction to the unique white wines of southern Italy and demonstrates why Irpinia is considered one of the country's finest wine-producing regions.
